Jean, Mina, and Misha have returned from Palestine only to find that the ex-oligarchs whose reckless depleted uranium plot has just contaminated three sites on the West bank, one in Gaza, and one in Jerusalem, are back already and have launched a new campaign to undermine the Block Energy Works and their self-management and free energy principles by secret workshops demanding capitalist crypto-currency for shoddy workmanship. Yet there is romance in the air as well.
