A German brigade consisting of Misha, Cato, Pascal, Guillaume, Renée, Alain, and Saïd is in Berlin to monitor the referendum campaign for a parliamentary assembly and executive council on its basis, which amounts to another counter-revolutionary attempt at returning the state. This while a recent world-wide referendum has finally outlawed all, even small crypto deals, pulling the rug from under the last remaining crypto-capitalists. Some former pacemakers of the revolution, as well as a few repentant counter-revolutionaries are supposedly helping the revolution win the day, but they may be playing a double game.
